¡Hola! This month has been incredibly exciting for our MFL department here at Barnwood Park. We are pleased to not only be excited this autumn with our secret Halloween display (details to be announced!), but even more excitingly,  we have two lunchtime clubs for the school's spelling and translation bees. The spelling bee takes place every Tuesday for Year 7 and the translation bee takes place every Thursday for Years 8 and 9. These are exciting opportunities to participate in a national competition where our students will be taken out of school to compete nationally next summer! Well done to those who have already attended with their passion, enthusiasm and team spiritedness towards each other and we also look forward to welcoming new members who want to WOW colleges and universities after they finish here at 16.
