Navy Chefs

Last week we had the excellent Del & Sam, Navy Chefs, come and work with our year 10 GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition students for a careers and cooking session.
Working in groups of 4, they produced Chicken Kiev with fondant potatoes and a sticky toffee pudding desert. It was such a great opportunity to work with professional chefs, get tips and ideas as well as hear all about their experiences working in the Navy.
