We were really impressed with all the entries for the “Grantham Art Prize” and the Christmas Card competition hosted by Richard Graham MP for Gloucester. We wish all the students that submitted entries for the “Grantham Art Prize” the very best of luck!

We are delighted to announce that Barnwood Park had two winning submissions for the Christmas Card competition. Mr Graham selected Isabelle Cottle (nativity scene) in Year 8 and Paulina Tomiczek (Gloucester Cathedral) in Year 9 as this year’s winners – congratulations to them both!  Isabelle and Paulina will receive book vouchers and printed copies of their card designs.

We have some very talented and creative students at Barnwood Park and competitions are a great way of showcasing what our students are able to achieve.  As the year progresses there will be more opportunities to take part – students should look out for notices via form tutors during form time.
