KS3 homework
Your child should expect to spend approximately 20–30 minutes completing homework per subject per week (English, Maths and Science).
To support students in Year 7, 8 and 9 manage their time and be successful, homework will be set on the following days:

Students have a seven-day completion window for each homework task and will have access to optional lunchtime and after school homework clinics which they can use to help them complete their homework. Lunchtime clinics will be held in DT6 for Year 7 and the School Library for Years 8 and 9. After school homework clinics will be held in the School Library. Homework completion windows will be extended to account for half term, Christmas and Easter holidays.
All students are expected to achieve 100% completion in all of their homework tasks. If a student does not complete their homework or submit their homework on time, they will be issued with a homework detention which will be set on the days shown above. Homework detentions will last for 45 minutes.
KS4 homework
Your child should expect to spend approximately 40–60 minutes completing homework per subject per week.
To support students in Year 10 and Year 11 managing their time and being successful, homework will be set on the following days:
